PRIVACY POLICY
I. INTRODUCTION
This document constitutes a description of the privacy policy of YourITeams sp. z o.o. with its registered seat at Nowy Świat 33/13 Street, 00-029 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as YourITeams.
YourITeams privacy policy, hereinafter referred to as the Policy, sets out the rules and method of processing and using data and information from candidates, customers and users of websites belonging to YourITeams, i.e. www.youriteams.com and the use of cookies.
Please read the Policy carefully. By accessing or using YourITeams owned website and submitting any Personal Information to us in connection with job applications, referring a friend for a job, sending a request for an offer/co-operation. You agree to the terms of this Policy and acknowledge that you have read the Policy.
II. TERMS USED IN THE POLICY
Personal Data – means Personal Data within the meaning of the RODO, which is any information about an identified or identifiable physical person. This data identifies, directly or indirectly, a physical person with regard to the name, email address or telephone number of the physical person and other data that, in combination with the above, can identify the User.
GDPR – means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), pursuant to which YourITeams processes Users’ Personal Data.
Talent – a job candidate offered by YourITeams to its clients.
User – a job candidate, a person who asks a question and a person who visits a site belonging to YourITeams.
Services – should be understood as services provided by YourITeams electronically, through the website, i.e.: sending a question through the contact form, sending documents necessary for the recruitment process.
III. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
By providing Personal Data on www.youriteams.com, the User confirms that he/she has the necessary permissions to disclose personal data to be used by YourITeams in the manner described in this Policy.
Providing Personal Data is voluntary, but necessary in order to take action at the request of the User as a data subject before concluding a contract, and failure to provide data will prevent the Administrator from taking the requested action (including, for example, preventing the processing of an inquiry about the provision of services, application to participate in recruitment), and will prevent the conclusion and implementation of the contract.
IV. ADMINISTRATOR OF PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of Users’ personal data submitted in relation to using YourITeams website, in particular in relation to conducting recruitment processes by means of it or using the services contained on the website is YourITeams Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warsaw.
V. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
For the sake of users’ data security and personal data processing in accordance with the binding regulations, we have appointed a Data Protection Inspector in YourITeams. In all matters related to the principles of processing Personal Data set out in this Policy the User may contact the Data Protection Inspector by sending a message to privacy@youriteams.com.
VI. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING
YourITeams processes Personal Data in order to:
– to send Users, to the e-mail addresses or telephone numbers provided by them, commercial information, answers to previously asked inquiries sent via the contact form provided that the User has agreed to receive them.
In the case of contacting the User in order to provide an answer, the legal basis for processing the Personal Data is the legitimate interest of YourITeams as the administrator of the Personal Data posted on the contact form (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The legitimate interest manifests itself in the possibility to refer to the submitted inquiry, to provide the User with a comprehensive answer. Without the processing of Personal Data, in particular contact data, we will not be able to provide an answer and thus help to solve the issue indicated in the inquiry.
– to consider the job application sent by the User and possibly to carry out the recruitment process by YourITeams, after the User has consented to the processing of the data contained in the CV or form.
In the case of the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of considering a job application, the legal basis is the consent of each User to the processing of Personal Data (Article 6.1.a GDPR). More detailed information regarding the processing of Personal Data in connection with recruitment processes is set out in Chapter IX of this Policy.
VII. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
YourITeams shares Users’ Personal Data with its clients in connection with recruiting on their behalf for the purpose of hiring, then secondment to provide Talent outsourcing services. YourITeams has entered into appropriate agreements, contracts that define the terms of sharing Personal Data.
YourITeams is entitled to share data with entities authorized under the relevant laws.
Each User has the right to obtain access to information to which client Personal Data has been shared under the terms of Chapter VIII of this Policy.
VIII. USER RIGHTS
In accordance with Chapter III, Articles 15-21 of the GDPR, the User has the following rights in connection with the processing of his Personal Data by YourITeams:
- The right of access to your Personal Data,
- The right to rectification of the processed data,
- The right to erasure of the Data (“right to be forgotten”),
- The right to restrict the processing of the Data,
- Right to data portability,
- The right to object to further processing,
- The right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling,
- The right to withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data.
The exercise of each of the above rights takes place at the request of the User sent to privacy@youriteams.com. YourITeams will consider the sent request and send a response within 1 month from the date of receipt of the request with an indication of the result of the consideration – what specific actions have been taken with an indication of the estimated time for the implementation of the entire request, if specific actions require a longer implementation time.
Within the right specified in sec. 8, the User may at any time withdraw consent to further processing of Personal Data for purposes that require consent, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawful use of Personal Data in activities carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
As part of your right of access, you are entitled to obtain the following information in the form of copies:
- The purposes for which the Personal Data is processed;
- The categories of Personal Data that are subject to processing, e.g. name, surname, telephone number;
- Information about the recipients or categories of recipients of the data – to whom (person, company, institution) this data may be transferred;
- Information about the right to request YourITeams to rectify the data, erase them or restrict their processing and to object to specific data processing;
- Information about the possibility of lodging a complaint to the Data Protection Authority;
- Information about the source of the data, if the data were not obtained directly from the User – indication of the person or company or institution that provided the Personal Data;
IX. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSES
YourITeams carries out recruitments for its own purposes and for the clients to whom it provides them. Therefore, we inform you that YourITeams’ clients may also process your data.
The User’s personal data will be processed by YourITeams until the end of the recruitment process, and for a period of 12 months after its completion. If you have consented to take part in future YourITeams recruitments, your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent for further processing at any time in accordance with Section VIII of this Policy, which does not affect the lawful use of Personal Data in activities performed on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal.
X. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Your personal data is transferred to third countries in the event that the services YourITeams provides are also to be performed in the territory of a third country. In each of the aforementioned cases, we secure the processing of the User’s personal data, in particular by entering into confidentiality agreements and processing personal data in a manner that complies with the provisions of generally applicable data protection law in the European Union and Poland and under conditions designed to ensure the security of the processing of the User’s personal data. We do not transfer the User’s personal data to third countries, if such transfer is not possible or is precluded by generally applicable law.
XI. SECURITY PRINCIPLES
YourITeams takes all reasonable steps and has implemented security measures to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unlawful processing or modification. YourITeams is committed to protecting any information disclosed by Users in accordance with standards of security protection and confidentiality.
XII. COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
The User also has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its seat in Warsaw, Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
XIII. COOKIES
If you use the website www.youriteams.com and the systems available through these pages (in particular, to generate inquiries sent via the contact form), when you browse these pages the so-called “cookies” are created. These are text files of small size, which are stored on the User’s device through which he/she browses the website. They are commonly used to ensure the functioning of websites and other services provided via the Internet, and to improve and develop these websites, which is done by reading the contents of these files.
YourITeams collects information contained in “cookies”, such as the date of connection to the website or the IP address of the device from which you connect to the website – this is data showing how you use our website. This information is used for administrative and statistical purposes as well as to improve these pages and your user experience. In addition, this data, which is processed automatically, can be used to analyze the behavior of the recipients of content on these pages (e.g., time spent on the website) or to personalize the content of the websites, in particular by providing online advertising.
The User does not have to accept cookies (you can accept their use both by selecting the appropriate button on our website www.youriteams.com, as well as by making the appropriate settings in your browser by the User), but this may result in the website not working fully correctly.

Due to the development and advancement of technology and changing laws, the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes to these policies by posting the new content of this document on www.youriteams.com/en/privacy-policy/.
